“I have grown-up admiring the beauty of Indian weddings”, says the beautiful bride Keerat Panesar, fondly called Kiah.
She has been living in New Zealand for quite sometime but her roots and love for Indian culture, rituals and colours sieze to abandon her. So, Kiah decided to have an Indian wedding in the company of close friends and family to make her big day even bigger!
Kiah got hitched with her beau Ron Bhogal in February 2017 at Calista Resort which had all the elements of modern colorful and fun wedding, without it being a big fat Indian wedding!
Meet the Couple Kiah Ron
Kiah and Ron hadn’t been part of any indian wedding for past many years so she admits online portals and pinterest played a great role in deciding their looks and outfits.
Her mother helped her with her lehenga shopping from Chandani Chowk, which she did over chats and Facetime! Thus Kiah got famous as “Facetime Bride’! She chose a blush pink lehenga for her day wedding to compliment her personality.
Kiah wanted completely different looks for her three events. So she selected elegant pink lehenga for wedding; a crop top and skirt with a cape on mehendi night (again different than usual lehengas) and an entirely different look for engagment with a marsala wine gown.
Below are the radiant pictures from her wedding and we must admit Kiah rocked on her day, making the most of her dream wedding!
